1. Non registered or registered customer
1.1. You can make a purchase from PeeKaa Product online store by emailing your order to following email: paula (at) peekaa.fi or by calling +358405318004. The available products can be examined in the online store
1.2. Placing an order in online store can be done with or without registration :
a) registration happens in the store by logging in to “My Account”, where provided information is: name, email, address, telephone number and password created by yourself for entering the online store next time with next orders
b) when registering your information will be stored in PeeKaa Products password protected customer database. No information will be disclosed to third parties. Your privacy is important for us, therefore for instance telephone number is needed only for urgent matters concerning your order, usually we’ll keep in touch via email only
c) when creating your account you can also subscribe PeeKaa Products newsletter. You can freely update your own information anytime, add new delivery addresses, update email, unsubscribe newsletter etc.
d) minors are not allowed to make a purchase in PeeKaa Products online store without acceptance of a parent or guardian
2. Minimum Purchase is 20 EUR in value. (See item 5.) PeeKaa Product delivers orders to all EU-countries and Switzerland and Norway.
A binding agreement between the customer and PeeKaa Product comes into effect after the acknowledgement of order is sent to the email address you have provided us. This automated confirmation is sent to your email immediately after you have completed your order. The goods will be reserved for you for six (6) days, if we haven’t received your payment within those days, your order will be cancelled automatically, email of cancelled order will be send and the goods will be returned to our stock. See also next item concerning the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation of an order
Undelivered order can be cancelled by the customer totally or partly before delivery. Cancellation can happen by email or by phone. Please note that the minimum value 20 EUR has to remain also in part cancellations.
5. Prices and Delivery Costs to all EU countries (except Finland) and Switzerland and Norway
5.1. All prices shown in web shop are in Euros (inclusive Finnish VAT). Certain areas within EU countries are outside EU’s VAT zone, those areas are: Andorra, Agio O`ros [Mount Athos] (Greece), The Province of Aland (Finland), The Büsingen area (Germany), Campione d`Italia (Italy), Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), The Helgoland Island (Germany), The Channel Islands [Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark] (Great Britain), Gibraltar, Greenland, Canary Islands, The water areas of Lake Lugano, belonging to Italy, and the Livignio Valley between Ponte Tresa and Porto Ceresio (Italy), San Marino, Vatican; if you order or your order will be delivered from/to these areas the prices will be charged without VAT.
5.2. In addition to your purchase in online store following postage and packing costs i.e. delivery costs will be added automatically:

total amount 40,00 – 59,99 EUR delivery costs 10 EUR/delivery
total amount 60,00 – 79,99 EUR delivery costs 12 EUR/delivery
total amount 80 – 99,99 EUR delivery costs 14 EUR/delivery
total amount 100,00 – 299,99 EUR delivery costs 20 EUR/delivery
total amount over 300,00 EUR actual delivery costs will be charged case by case, please contact PeeKaa Product by email before ordering
a) advance payment happens to PeeKaa Products Finnish bank account via your own bank. After completing your order in online store an automated acknowledgement of order will be send to your email. The confirmation has instructions and all information for payment; reference nr = your order nr, account nr in IBAN form, the SWIFT code of the bank and the total amount including delivery costs (see item 5.2.). The only thing which is not included is the possible banking fee of your bank when you are transferring money to PeeKaa Products Finnish bank account. PeeKaa Product takes care of it’s own banking fees and you as the customer take care of yours only. So please make sure that the total amount of the order arrives in its entirety to PeeKaa Product account when paying. Usually the money transfer takes from 2 to 4 working days depending on the country and the bank.
b) online payment happens in the end of your purchase in PeeKaa Product’s online store. When selecting Nets Netaxept card payment , you will be redirected to Nets’s secured webpage and there you can pay with Visa or MasterCard , Visa Electron, Visa Debit or Debit MasterCard. The payment happens in safe and secured webpage of Nets.
7.1. Your order will be posted the same day the payment is received or latest the following working day. Information of dispatched order will be sent to your email the same day the dispatch happens.
7.2. If urgent delivery e.g. courrier service is needed, please email us your request and PeeKaa Product does it’s best to fullfil the request with additional actual costs.
7.3. PeeKaa Product delivers products to all EU countries and Norway and Switzerland. All deliveries are sent by priority mail, unless something else has been agreed with the customer. Deliveries outside EU are also possible, but those orders should be sent to PeeKaa Product by email, so we are able to agree the terms of payment and delivery costs, possible customs issues separately case by case.
7.4. Back orders are not our policy, which means that all products you are able to purchase in the online store are available in our own stock, which ensures that items can be send to you immediately after your payment is received. In some case you may request more than we have in our stock and then you can email us separately in order to find out delivery time for additional quantities.
If you for any reason are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us. Within EU customers have the right to cancel the order within seven (7) working days beginning the day after the date that the item is received. Returned item has to be unused and in its original condition. It is most desirable that the customer would inform PeeKaa Product about the items to be returned before returning. That is where we simultaneously can agree how to return and where PeeKaa Product can issue the full refund of the purchase excluding the return costs.
9. Claims (Damaged, defective or incorrect items)
Please call or email us if you have any kind of problem with an item you’ve ordered from PeeKaa Product, especially if the item is damaged or defective when received. If the package seems to be damaged during the delivery please check the contents immediately and inform the staff in the post office. It is most desirable that the customer would inform PeeKaa Product about the items to be returned before returning. That is where we simultaneously can agree how to return, discuss how to rectify the problem and where the full refund of the purchase excluding the actual costs of return can be send.
